This policy describes the features implemented in this website package. The actual controller identity, jurisdiction, contact details, hosting provider and legally required retention information must be completed by the owner before publication.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, request category and message solely so the business can respond to the enquiry. The form asks visitors not to submit sensitive information.

Hosting and technical logs

The website itself does not add analytics. A hosting provider or web server may still process standard request data such as IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent and security logs. The owner must identify the actual hosting provider and its retention practices before launch.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

No advertising pixels, analytics tags or nonessential tracking cookies are included. The cookie notice stores a simple preference value in browser local storage so the notice can stay dismissed. See the Cookie Policy.

Contact form delivery

The included PHP handler is designed to send the submitted enquiry to an owner-configured email address using the hosting environment's mail facility. Delivery is disabled until that verified address is configured.

Third-party links

The public pages in this package do not contain commercial third-party links. If future links, embeds, maps, payment tools, scheduling services or social widgets are added, this policy must be updated to match the actual data flows.

Retention and rights

The owner must specify the actual retention period and the privacy rights/process required by the target jurisdiction. Those details cannot be truthfully completed while country and legal identity remain unspecified.
